The Ordinance Enforcement Officer (OEO) for Antis Township is Christ Arseniu. The OEO is under the direct supervision of the Township Manager.
Duties of the OEO include investigation, citation and prosecution before a District Justice on any violation of an Antis Township ordinance. The OEO has no general police powers under any laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, including the Crimes Code. The Officer works in conjunction with the Township Solicitor prior to filing charges against ant violator.
Jurisdiction of the OEO is limited to the territorial boundaries of the Township.
