TOWNSHIP MANAGER

 
The position of Township Manager was created by Ordinance Number 7-2000 on October 6, 2000. Albert M. Penksa Jr. is the third Manager to fill this position since its inception. The Township Manager is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the Board of Supervisors. If you would like to read a message from the Manager you may click on the link below:
 
The Township Manager is the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for the operation of the township government. The Manager has the responsibility of administering the policies of the Board. He is responsible for all day-to-day operations of each department providing service to the township. The Manager is responsible for preparing the annual budget, administering the personnel system, enforcing the various ordinances of the Township and negotiating contracts.
