BLAIR STREET STREETSCAPE PROJECT 

Borough staff is pleased to announce the Blair Street Streetscape project is completed. 

The project included new sidewalks and curb ramps along the 500, 600 and 700 blocks of Blair Street. Also, new street trees , and crosswalks at street intersections. 

This project is part of a long term effort to improve the Route 22 corridor. Specifically, the primary goals for this project are to slow vehicular traffic and make pedestrian travel safer and more inviting.

The project was funded through transportation enhancement funding from PennDOT and the Community Development Block Grant program.
