ATTENTION: The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) is proposing changes to the existing flood hazard maps that lenders and banks use to determine if a property owner is required to purchase flood insurance, and that the Borough uses to regulate development in flood prone areas of the Borough. The proposed changes will impact certain properties in the Borough, as some properties will no longer be included in the 100 year floodplain, and others will be added. Please click on the links below to see how your property may be affected. If you need assistance with the maps, have questions, or wish to examine the proposed FEMA maps in paper format at the Municipal Building, please contact Ethan Imhoff at (814) 695-3880.
